Katia was absolutely incredible and truly made our entire wedding weekend everything we dreamed it would be.
She planned and managed three events across the weekend, and we were amazed by how organised, seamless and effortless everything felt from beginning to end. There were so many moving parts, suppliers, timings and details to coordinate, yet Katia and her team had everything completely under control. Every event was so perfect and well co-ordinated. We had 145 guests so this was no easy task, so many of our guests said how amazing and organised the planners were and it was the best wedding they had been to.
What we appreciated most was being able to completely switch off and simply enjoy the weekend with our family and friends. Katia was always one step ahead – anticipating what was needed, managing every detail and quietly solving things before we even knew about them. That sense of calm allowed us to be completely present and enjoy every moment, which was priceless.
At the same time, the whole weekend felt incredibly personal. Katia really took the time to understand us and what we wanted, and her attention to detail, instinct and personal touches made such a difference. Katia’s amazing and fun personality really did shine through and she dealt with any issues we had very well.
Beyond being exceptionally organised and professional, Katia is warm, thoughtful and genuinely cares. Katia was such a pleasure to work with always managing to calm me down and deal with any worry’s and concerns I had.We will 1000% be staying in touch and can’t express how much we appreciate all the hard work that was put into the wedding of our dreams.
Looking back, we honestly cannot imagine our wedding weekend without her and her team. We will always be incredibly grateful to her for making such an important weekend in our lives feel so effortless, personal and unforgettable.
