After getting engaged in Venice, it only made sense for Yolanda and Ronald to return to Italy to tie the knot. With the help of The Tuscan Wedding the couple was able to make their dream wedding a reality. Yolanda and Ronald wanted to make sure that their wedding weekend incorporated Italian culture, so they chose Il Borro as their wedding location. Located in the Tuscan countryside, Il Borro was the perfect place to make come true their idea of a romantic, organic, chic themed wedding. The Tuscan Wedding were able to immerse the couple and their guests into the Italian life style throughout the weekend.
To kick off the weekend, The Tuscan Wedding helped Yolanda and Ronald welcome their guests with a pizza party. A variety of different pizzas were offered to the guests followed by ice cream. What better way to include the Italian traditions in your wedding than by indulging in pizza and ice cream?
On the day of the wedding, the guests shared a drink and eagerly awaited the groom’s arrival for the start of the ceremony on the terrace overlooking the Italian garden, already set up for the symbolic ceremony. The view on the medieval village of Il Borro was absolutely breathtaking.
Yolanda looked stunning in a stain dress with an open back designed by Sarah Seven. To complete her look Yolanda wore beaded heels from Bella Belle Shoes. Angelo makeup perfectly curled her hair and pulled it back with a beautiful jewel clip. Ronald looked handsome in his white jacket and for added touch he wore cufflinks that said I do. Before the ceremony the couple chose to have a first look on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
The ceremony was held in front of a gorgeous fountain and the couple said I do under an exquisite arch of endless flowers. From the greenery hanging from the sweetheart table to the bride’s bouquet, Flowers Living truly did an amazing job bringing the couple’s organic chic theme to life. The only thing more beautiful than wedding décor was the love and commitment Yolanda and Ronald professed to one another.
Following the ceremony, the quests enjoyed an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden, arranged by Galateo Ricevimenti. Guests enjoyed cocktails and an array of classic Italian foods.
For dinner they sat under the trees and with the help of the of Wedding Music and Lights, the reception looked magical. In order to stay to true to the Italian culture the dinner menu was filled with Italian cuisine. Burrata fagottino with tomatoes and basil to start, followed by risotto with asparagus, taleggio DOP and zucchini, lastly beef fillet or seabass fillet with vegetables.
After a sunset photoshoot perfectly captured by Purewhite Photography, where Yolanda & Ronald shared some of their first moments as Mr. and Mrs. walking across the Italian countryside, for the newlyweds it was time for the cake cutting. We cannot forget about the masterpiece wedding cake created by Tuscan Wedding Cakes and inspired by the cake served at the Royal wedding of Megan Markle and Prince Harry.
Later in the night guests watched the live show of the pastry chef made the traditional Italian wedding cake, a Milllefoglie with chantilly cream, almond brittle and wild berries with strawberries on top!
The night was truly magical as the newlyweds danced the night away with friends and family under the stars. Before the night was over the guest were in for a surprise … a fireworks show. Yolanda and Ronald really started their new lives together with a bang! The photographer, Purewhite, and videographer, Vertigo Wedding, had an amazing landscape to capture the most precious moments of this beautiful reception orchestrated by the Tuscan Wedding, that made sure every moment of Yolanda and Ronald’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular.
