Dishes like giant ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and lemon, dressed with asparagus cream and candied lemon zest, were followed by paccheri fresh pasta with saffron cream, confit Pachino tomatoes, and asparagus tips. The main course was a succulent beef fillet with Chianti Classico wine sauce, served with sage-flavored roasted potatoes and steamed asparagus dressed with extra virgin olive oil. A veggie option, Eggplant Parmigiana, catered to all palates.

The crowning moment of the evening was the wedding cake, a Millefoglie that was prepared through a show cooking at Giardino delle Rose.
