Jennifer from America and Freddie from the UK met at a wedding in the hills of Tuscany, fell in love and decided to say “I do” where they first laid eyes on each other. This was not an ordinary wedding celebration for themselves and their guests but a five-day vacation of fun and games. This included barbeques, wine tastings, a food-truck brunch, dinners, and many gorgeous villas. The guests created so many fond memories throughout their time spent in Italy. The night before the wedding Freddie’s best friend sang a wonderful song he dedicated to the couple, this is something Jennifer and Freddie will never forget. None of this would have taken place without the help of The Tuscan Wedding. The staff helped in every way, from all of the activities to the ceremony and wedding day itself. Jennifer and Freddie’s wedding took place at the Borgo Corsignano where about 80 of their guests stayed on site, while the rest stayed in a villa close by. Borgo Corsignano sits on top of the hills of Tuscany with gorgeous views; this borgo contains many small villas, lots of outdoor space, and a swimming pool. This rustic, chic wedding was filled with joy and happiness.
Jennifer and Freddie took each other’s hands in marriage on July 21st, 2017. Gorgeous blue sunny skies overlooked the day; it was a perfect summer afternoon in Italy. Jennifer wore a spectacular mermaid lace gown that fit her perfectly. Her seven bridesmaids matched each other wearing a blush pink floating gown. They all carried wonderful bouquets filled with green details, white and light pink roses all wrapped with a light pink satin ribbon. Flowers Living designed these nice bouquets along with the rest of the floral pieces of the day, keeping the color theme filled of light blush/pinks and peach. The groom and his groomsmen wore navy tuxedos with a light pink tie; this was a very sophisticated, sharp look. The wedding party also included two adorable flower girls who wore elegant white dresses with a floral crown to match.
The ceremony was held outdoors in the garden. Jennifer and Freddie’s family and friends sat on simple white chairs decorated with lovely flowers on either side of the aisle overlooking the rolling hills. Jennifer and Freddie shared their vows under a floral arch covered in greenery, peach, white, and blush colored roses. During the ceremony a string quartet played along which made the ceremony much more romantic.
Following the ceremony the guests dined outside. There were two long wooden tables with fairy lights sprinkled above. The tables had large vases filled with roses and greenery on top continuing the color theme of the day. This setting was very rustic, chic yet simple which looked fabulous. The cake was set under a tent of lights for all the guests to enjoy. Following the dinner the guests danced to a live band and DJ long into the night. There was a bar area, a dance floor and a photo booth perfect for a party setting. At midnight Jennifer and Freddie changed into light up sneakers, which was a silly touch to the day causing many smiles and laughs.
