It’s hard to recommend Daniela and the Tuscan Wedding enough.

My spouse and I were by most definitions difficult clients. Just to name a few issues, we are both very busy at work, lived in separate timezones, had money problems, and insisted on bringing our own photographer from the States. On top of that, my wife had a very specific vision for not just the wedding but the entire experience.

Daniela worked through all those issues and more to deliver us the wedding of our dreams, and she did it with poise and professionalism. Her recommendations were always well thought out and she managed everything on the Italy side, so that all we had to do was tell her what we wanted, and her team would make it happen.

Again, if you want your wedding to look like it came out of a movie, hire the Tuscan Wedding.

Thanks to our planners at The Tuscan Wedding, we had the most incredible wedding, rehearsal and planning season from start to finish. From the very beginning, Martina and Frederico were on top of every single detail and decision. After every call, they provided a follow-up with our updated budget and items that needed to be completed. All while we formed an amazing relationship with our planners who listened to our every opinion and idea, then executed it to perfection with patience and dedication. It was surprisingly a very stress-free planning process.

As for the wedding weekend, words alone are not enough for how unbelievable our entire celebration was, thank you again to our planners! It was well beyond our imagination. Every detail was thought of. Every minute was perfectly planned. We had the most memorable weekend of our lives. Our family and friends could not have been more impressed with the planning and organization our planners provided throughout the weekend. We had friends ask if they could plan their weddings back in the States. They even hand-sewed a ripped dress of a bridesmaid. They were there cleaning up and planning till 4AM and back at 7AM to start prepping for the next event. We were blown away by their hard work.

It’s difficult to plan a wedding abroad when you’re so far and can’t see every option available in person. Finding a team of planners that you trust is essential. It allows you to focus on enjoying your time, instead of worrying about the food, timing, planning, guests, etc. Martina and Frederico did just that. We could not be more grateful to our talented planners for making our dream wedding possible. The cost was worth every penny and more. I would honestly pay double, if not triple for their services all over again. I would recommend them to any family/friend considering a wedding in Tuscany. Your expectations will be blown away as were ours!

The Tuscan Wedding of Our Dreams!

I honestly can’t thank The Tuscan Wedding Team enough! Where do I even start? Daniela, Viola, and the whole team were incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process. My husband and I are both extremely busy healthcare workers, and despite our shiftwork and the six hour time difference, the team always made time for our calls and questions. Between the hundreds of emails and countless video chats, the team somehow kept my vision organized and cohesive. I am very particular and detail-oriented, and Daniela and her team exceeded my expectations. Our intimate Tuscan Wedding was something out of a fairy-tale. My aunt and uncle in Canada have an Event Planning business and my uncle said this was the most organized, flawless wedding he has ever seen. All of our guests were shocked how everything from the timing of the church ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to our entrance music was spot on. Daniela and her team were on the ball the entire day and it could not have gone any better. The word “perfect” was used so many times during our wedding, and even weeks after when my family talks about it. My husband and I were incredibly impressed by every single one of our vendors. Many of our guests even commented that everything from the food, drinks, service, flowers and décor, photographers, and DJ were all impeccable. Daniela and her team helped us choose vendors that they recommend, but also that were within our budget which is so important. She guided us on where we could cut back, and where we should focus more of our budget to have the most impact.

Looking back, I really can’t believe how much her team planned for us. We had a full Catholic ceremony and they helped us with all of the documentation required. They also helped us plan every detail of our Villa reception: the cocktail hour in the garden, the al fresco dinner in front of the Villa, the cutting of the cake in the courtyard, to the party and dancing inside the Villa.

Planning a destination wedding in Italy, especially with not knowing the language, would have been incredibly difficult without Daniela and her team. But planning our dream wedding would have impossible. I have zero regrets with how our wedding turned out, and I would highly recommend Daniela and her team to anyone who is thinking about getting married in Italy. The Tuscan Wedding team made my dream come true, and it is a day my husband, our guests and I will never forget! xoxo

Before the wedding, she helped me plan a gorgeous Welcome Dinner at a restaurant in the city with our own menu, personalized drinks, photographers, and transportation for our guests. They also took care of the last-minute problems like sewing a button back on my grandfathers tux right before the ceremony. After the wedding, the team helped organize winery tours, pizza making classes, spa reservations and transportation for guests throughout Tuscany. Our guests were blown away with the beauty and elegance of my wedding weekend. We love reminiscing on how perfect of a wedding it was. I will forever be thankful for Dani and her team for helping my friends and family make memories to last a lifetime.

Best Wedding Planner Ever- Run don’t walk!

Run, don’t walk to using Daniela as a wedding planner. Daniela was the best decision we made during the entire process. She immediately made us feel at ease and made sure the two years of planning never once feel stressful. On the day of the wedding, we both felt like we could truly enjoy our wedding because we knew that Daniela and her team had everything taken care of. We had a three-day Indian/western wedding in Tuscany, and it was better than we could have imagined. All our guests said it was the best wedding they had attended. Where do I even begin? The Tuscan Wedding, Daniela and Viola are the BEST in the wedding planning game, period, full stop! We had our heart set on getting married in Florence and Daniela and her team were able to make our dreams come true and exceed every expectation we could have ever had!

From the beginning, we knew it was fate and had to work with The Tuscan Wedding. We had met with a number of different Wedding Planners in Tuscany and from the first interaction with Daniela, we knew her and her team were the ones. On that first call alone, she spent nearly 2 hours with us, discussing the vision for our wedding, location options and logistics of how a wedding in Italy differs from those in the States. From then on, we were joined at the hip working on our wedding over the course of the next year. Daniela and Viola were so responsive, you would think you were the only wedding they were working on. Being a Type A Bride, The Tuscan Wedding exceeded my expectations of keeping organized across the process and helping us make the right decisions to fit our vision. We even had the chance to spend a whirlwind of a day together touring locations, meeting florists and caterers and getting to know the whole team.

Our Wedding Day was ABSOLUTE perfection. When I say the entire weekend of events was more than one could ever imagine or dream for, Daniela and her team really blew us all away. She helped us pick the best in their fields to make the vision come to life. From the flowers, to the food, to the unique dance floor set-up – I was stunned. Each and everyone of our friends and family is asking for a reunion so we can do it all again and that it was the most memorable wedding they had ever been to.
